After I built the Hawkins Art Gallery, I was still on a old.. downtown building.. kick and ended up deleting the boring town square in Hidden Springs and making 6 more brick buildings on 5 lots.. all of them apartment buildings. The first couple could probably use a bit more design indoors. The layouts are choppier, too.
20 x 20 lot at 12 Diopside Lane, Hidden Springs
4 parking spaces
This red and grey brick 3 (4?) floor walk-up has room for three families.
- Views are of the town, lake, and small park out in the middle of all the buildings.
- Floors one and two each have one apartment. Apt 1 is a 1 bed 1.5 bath, apt 2 is a 2 bed 1.5 bath, each with varying amounts of kitchen/living/dining space.
- Floors three and four are one 2 bed 2 bath apartment with ample living/kitchen/dining spaces. The entrance is on floor three.
- Outside, near the parking spaces, there is a small table. There’s recycling bins near the driveway and laundry in a small room behind the stairs of the main floor foyer.
Built from scratch. I don’t currently have anything that truly makes this an apartment, I just wanted it to seem like one for now. I feel as though I should retake outside screenshots. The surroundings look so empty compared to how it actually is right now. lol
